International Offshore Services, LLC was formed in 2006 by combining International Marine (started in 1996) and International Construction Group. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries IOS provides a comprehensive range of offshore services including construction barges and offshore support vessels. Continuing to grow and improve IOS has the financial flexibility, the in-house expertise, and the readiness to insure our customer's satisfaction.

IOS employs over 450 individuals and is headquartered in Larose, La.

International Construction Group, LLC currently consists of 3 offshore construction barges: the IOS 800 (Derrick Barge), the INT'L Frontier (Muti Service Barge), and the IOS Pipeliner (Pipelay Barge)

International Marine, LLC (started in 1996) owns and operates a growing fleet of 65 vessels that are strategically placed along the GOM coast. This versatile fleet consists of tugs, crew boats, utility and supply boats.
